Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom, made-to-order, or original artwork may require additional processing time depending on the size, complexity, or current order volume.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging all artwork and products to help ensure they arrive safely. Original artwork and fragile items may require additional protective materials.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

ArtByJohnte is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed to the shipping carrier. However, if an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
