By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work.

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of the artwork.

• You will receive progress updates and may request minor revisions during the process.

• Major revisions or changes after approval may incur additional fees.

• Final artwork will not be delivered until full payment is received.

• The artist retains the right to display the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
